There were many Cebit 2016 products that I found exciting. There wasn’t any new breakthrough product with hot sales potential, like the selfie stick, which I saw a couple of years back, but still it was well worth visiting. The size of the Asian exhibitors booths, and halls, looked smaller than previous years. Many of these had brought products that were already in the market, such as powerbanks, to try to push.
Cebit 2016 Products: Sensape
I met the team of Sensape at the show this year. I feel this product has lots of potential, for the retail industry. Their algorithm uses facial recognition technology to calculate the age and sex of the persons facing the camera. According to that, different types of ads, or games, can be shown on the screens.
